The Whole Nations' Biggest Band Competition held in the Philippines ever in June 24 year 2000.

The CITIZENS BRIGADE BAND won the best band which they beat all the hundreds of band which came from the different parts of our country. They have proved that they are the best band of the lifetime in the history of the Philippine band competition.
